Dental Hygienist
Tammy grew up in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, and worked in a dental office during high school. The dentist recognized her passion for dentistry and encouraged her to pursue an education in dental care. Tammy earned her Dental Hygiene degree from the University of Minnesota in 1990. She continues to further her education through many online courses, lectures, and seminars. In 2025, Tammy celebrated her 30th anniversary with Colbert Family Dental! She has built strong relationships with many generations of patients through the years that are lucky to have Tammy to take such good care of their oral health.
In her free time, Tammy loves to travel with friends and family. In the summer, she also enjoys camping and boating.
The most caring, compassionate and patient focused people one could ask for:) After putting off much needed dental work for far too long due to mental health issues, a poor experience with a past dentist, and a rough last year, I could not have imagined a better visit. Dr. Moran passed no judgement and provided assurance throughout that I will be taken care of. I felt seen as a person and not a customer. Dr. Moran clearly discussed treatment options, costs and concerns with me in a private setting. The women at the front desk assisted me with paperwork, scheduling an appointment with the referred specialist, and had nothing but kind words and sentiments.
